Privacy

Your data (setups, sessions, calibration) is stored locally on your device. The app uses your location only to fetch weather data from Open-Meteo. No accounts, no servers storing your data, no tracking.

PRIVACY POLICY

Field Target ("the app") is developed and operated by Nelson Santos.

DATA WE COLLECT The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers — we operate no servers. All user data (rifle setups, calibration points, training sessions) is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

LOCATION With your permission, the app uses your approximate location (city-level) to fetch local weather data from the Open-Meteo public API (https://open-meteo.com). Your location is not stored, transmitted to us, or used for any purpose other than fetching that weather data in real time.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The app makes anonymous requests to two public services:

• Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) — weather data, no account required, no tracking
• BigDataCloud (bigdatacloud.com) — reverse geocoding (converting your coordinates into a city name for display)

We do not have access to what these services log on their end. Please review their respective privacy policies.

ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, TRACKING The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising, no tracking. There is no telemetry, no crash reporting that includes personal data, and no third-party scripts.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY This policy may be updated. The "Effective date" above will reflect any changes.
